We only ship to United Kingdom. Smaller items will be shipped via Royal Mail while larger items will be dispatched either with Hermes or Yodel Courier Services. All orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched same day whereas orders received later will dispatched next working day

Please Note we do not dispatch on weekends including Bank Holidays .

If your order is not received within 30 days, please contact us and we will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as we can.

 

 

 

Returns

If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the message in "my eBay" within 3 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. 

Faulty Items

If your item develops a fault please notify us via my eBay.

If the fault is delivered faulty or damaged, we will offer a refund or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to us or as per the prior agreement.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product cost will be refunded.

Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us from the time item is dispatched back for assessment. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
